I'm Kate Lynch (she/her), a therapeutic yoga teacher who helps highly sensitive, empathetic people make space in their lives for self-care. I began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world. Since then I've shared the tools that help me find joy, healing and calm in the face of self-doubt, pain and anxiety. My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.

I founded The Compassion Club to give you a soft landing where you can breathe, move, and heal in community. The membership is founded on my core values: empathy, integrity, equity, and respect. 

I'll guide you with gentle yoga and meditation so you can care for yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

You'll regulate your nervous system through consistent yoga, meditation, and community connection. When you do, you'll be more present in your relationships and have more energy. 

You'll be supported with:

  • INCLUSIVE yoga practices help you regulate your nervous system and feel better in your body. 

  • The gentle ENCOURAGEMENT you need to make your wellness a priority, but never any judgment or pressure.

  • A welcoming community of cycle breakers where you'll CONNECT with yourself and with each other.  

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING:

Each class is a friendly and cozy group experience

  1. Choose from live online classes or pace yourself with replays. We're live via Zoom at 11am NYC time for 8-10 yoga & meditation classes a month:
    -Saturdays 11-12:30 Connect & Flow
    -Mondays 11-11:30 Meditate

    -Wednesdays 11-11:30 Flow
    A replay page gives you access to all classes for 2 weeks.  

  2. The app allows you to easily practice anywhere, anytime. 

  3. You have access to Kate for questions before or after class and via email. Members get discounted 1-1 sessions for private yoga or coaching.

  4. Connect with each other off of social media in our private Compassion Community.
